on Thursday, we made our last trip down to London.
we headed to the RailEurope office first, were told that we had to wait 1hr 30minutes to speak to someone.
so we went off for lunch first (my head is so big).
after RailEurope, we walked around Leicester Square, enquired at box offices, before deciding to watch Les Miserables. Phantom of the Opera was our other choice, but the tickets were not as good when compared to Les Miserables.
made our way around Covent Garden, Oxford Circus, Bond Street...before we had a light dinner and settled down on the grass at Leicester Square, people-watching and enjoying the last sights in London.
we had pretty good seats, we paid around 20pounds each for separate seats in the dressing circle. my sister brought me to watch Les Miserables in Singapore when i was younger, maybe in primary school and the only thing i remember was 'there is a castle on a cloud...' of course, where else better to watch it again than in London.
the musical was fantastic - the singing, the sets, the people around. a perfect end to our last day in London.Labels: Les Miserables, London
