we dropped by the music event at Quayside today.

it was...weird. if they say the crowds in Singapore are dead, they should check this out. and then there were all those kids who made us feel really over-age - kids who were busy downing alcohol before entering the event, kids who were dressed in the worst fashion victim outfits, kids trying to be grown-ups....

nothing, absolutely nothing, beats the view though.

in a way, it reminds me of walking along Esplanade in Singapore. you know that it's more of a construct by the government to remake the city into something which it isn't really, but you cannot help but marvel at how well they've done. haha.

still, beautiful skies, awful wind, ugly hair.

michelle's hair sure has grown, i'm regretting cutting mine twice over in Europe. damn.

my favourite museum - The Baltic.

dinner at Uno's.

hello you funny fella.

sure is expensive to smoke in the UK.

my linguine with salmon,

michelle's calzone pizza. a good restaurant, can't say the same about the people who were seated next to us and obviously 'trying too hard' with their outfits. we couldn't stop laughing at them when we left the restaurant and were scaling that slope up to the Theatre Royal.

the place where we get our fix of H&M, Primark...and M&S.

the church opposite Haymarket.

i realize that i've never really put up a picture of the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. well guys, this was school.

the way back from school...

...to Richardson. my residence for the past few months. the skies make it look gloomy, its not so bad. :)
