happy (early) 24th!

megan wanted to bring us for some milkshakes, but the place was closed. she was more disappointed than us, really. hah. but dw and i revisited the place, it was fortunately open and we were hooked - milkshakes in every flavour imaginable.
shopping would have been fantastic in Brighton, if i actually had loads of cash to spare. but still, a lot more exciting than Newcastle!
and then the streets were packed with people, buskers, performers...the Brighton Arts Festival. pity we didn't take a picture of this guy, who was playing a violin while balancing himself on a rope suspended in mid-air...and the winds were definitely not kind on Saturday.
hello fudge lady. megan and i couldn't resist. we each got a 100g of the crumbly fudge. she had baileys while i got strawberry short cake and cream. yum.
i want to take those pots of fudge home.
