we took a train from Southampton into London today morning. this is my first visit to the city, and i'm loving it. i'm definitely returning, there's so much to do, so much to see, as compared to Newcastle! jilyn, i can only imagine how much fun you had in London!. i love how the people throng the street, i love how there's a whole mish-mash of cultures, how vibrant the Chinatown is, and how Covent Garden and Leicester Square buzz with activity!

i'm going to be quite sad when i return to Newcastle after the weekend. hur.

we're staying at Ace Hotel, it was a bit pricey for a hostel but definitely value for money. the facilities are quite comprehensive, the toilets are really clean and we're sharing a room with two other people - one a builder from Sydney and another unknown identity as of now. hurhur.

more updates after i return to Newcastle, the internet costs £1 for 30 mins here, but some guy let us have his free internet time because he had to leave. hah. anyway, take care everyone! mommy and daddy, don't worry, dawen's taking good care of me, i'm eating the most whenever i'm with him. :)
